Prosena kaša sa mandarinom | Millet porridge with mandarin

Prethodno potopljen proso skuvati do pola u vodi, pa kada voda uvri sipati malo mleka i skuvati do kraja. Dok se još kuva dodati kašiku mlevenog lana i ja sam dodala malo kakaa, a može i red tamne crne čokolade. Dodati i jednu iseckanu mandarinu i sve zajedno kratko kuvati. Kada je kuvano sipati u činijicu i odozgo staviti kašiku pavlake, pomešanu sa aromom vanile i ukrasiti mandarinama 😊 Ovo je nama bio doručak, a može biti i užina.


Previously submerged millet, cook halfway in water, then when the water boils, pour a little milk and cook until the end. While still cooking add a tablespoon of ground flax and I added some cocoa, and maybe a line of dark black chocolate. Add one shredded tangerine and cook all together briefly. When cooked pour into a bowl and top with a tablespoon of sour cream mixed with vanilla aroma and decorate with tangerines 😊 This was our breakfast, and it could be a snack.
